Great question. While AMEX FHR offers perks, it’s ultimately a call center experience. As a luxury travel advisor, I provide personalized, human service—and real relationships with luxury hotels around the world. When you book through me, I advocate for you every step of the way. Your reservation is VIP’d twice: once at the time of booking and again before you travel, ensuring you’re top of mind when you check in.
With AMEX, you’ll get a digital confirmation. With me, you get someone behind the scenes proactively working to elevate your stay—with better upgrade priority, special requests handled in advance, and an actual connection to the property.

I do not book flights. As a luxury travel advisor, my focus is on securing the best luxury hotel bookings and ensuring a seamless, VIP-level stay. Airline regulations can make third-party flight bookings more restrictive and cumbersome for both sides, which is why I recommend booking flights directly or using points when possible.
That said, I’m always here to advise on flight options, compare routes, and help ensure you’re on the most efficient itinerary to match your travel plans. You handle the flights—I’ll handle the 5-star hotels and everything that makes the trip unforgettable.
